Redvella Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping USA / Australia wide. Orders are fulfilled via Australia Post, UPS, DHL, or FedEx Express — whichever offers the fastest delivery route. We also ship to most countries worldwide.

Redvella ships daily from our Australian and United States distribution points, ensuring fast delivery for both local and international customers.

To keep stock flowing smoothly and avoid delays, some products may ship directly from our manufacturing partner. This allows us to offer faster dispatch times and maintain competitive pricing without compromising quality.

All orders are fully tracked and handled to Redvella’s shipping standards, regardless of the dispatch location.


Shipping Times

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your unique order number. Our warehouse team will then pack and prepare your order — most orders ship the next business day, but please allow up to 3 business days in some cases.

During peak sale periods, dispatch times may extend to 3–4 business days due to high order volumes. The shipping times listed below begin after dispatch:

  • USA / Australia: 3–8 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5–10 business days

  • Remote/regional areas may require slightly longer delivery times.



Cancelling or Changing an Order

Once your order has been placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. This means there’s a high chance we may not be able to cancel or amend your order once it has entered our fulfilment process.

If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but during high-volume periods your order may already be packed and shipped before we can attend to your request.

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed and in transit.

  • Refunds will only be issued if returned items are sent back in original condition, undamaged, with no alterations, and with all original accessories.


Important Notice for U.S. & Canadian Customers – Tariffs & Customs Fees

Due to recent tariff changes, customers in the United States and Canada may be required to pay additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your country’s customs authorities and are not included in your order total.

Redvella is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes charged at the border. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to ensure successful delivery. Refusal to pay may result in delays or the return of your shipment, for which we are not liable.
